Campéole Ile des Papes is a Camping International 4 Star site, modern and very luxurious, situated on a 20 hectare private island devoted to relaxation and well being. Perfect for families with young children, but also for groups of holidaymakers. You will use this magnificent campsite as a base to tour the heart of the region, the Ardèche and Roussillon. Ile des Papes is in the countryside, on the banks of the Rhône, six kilometres from the centre of Avignon (direct route bordering the river). Avignon and Villeneuve les Avignon are steeped in history. Famous for its Popes Palace and its festival in July. Avignon and its surroundings will delight you throughout the year. Air-conditioned chalets.
