Caoesthorne Hall Caravan Park is located close to Macclesfield, Cheshire on the edge of Peak District National Park.
This picturesque and tranquil caravan park is lset in the grounds of a magnificent stately home. With idyllic woodland walks and formal lakeside gardens, Capesthorne is a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all.
The site has 52 pitches all with electric hook up, 30 of which have hard standing. A modern, Eco-friendly shower block has disabled facilities and a laundry room.
The permit price includes free entry into the formal gardens and woodland walk (except during weddings and private events).

Visited Capesthorne caravan site twice now and have to say, if you’re looking for peace and quiet with the sounds of cows, sheep and birds, this is the site for you. Beautiful location and a very clean site offering a relaxing break from it all. Will be returning on a more regular basis. A definite thumbs up from us.

Have visited Capsthorne Hall many times and always enjoyed it, but I have to say that staying on the caravan site brought the place alive for me. A lovely setting surrounded by grazing sheep and cattle. Having access to the gardens , lake and woodland walks was icing on the cake.
Unfortunately the shower and toilet facilities were out of bounds due to the covid problem, but it was still a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and in the grounds of one of the counties most iconic stately homes, Capesthorne Touring Park offers peace and tranquillity along with super modern facilities. An ideal place to explore the many surrounding attractions or just relax and enjoy the heritage and the beautiful gardens and grounds. Highly recommended.

We were worried we may swelter in the morning sun in our campervan but our pitch gave us ultimate shade and allowed us a Sunday lazy lie in. Facilities were spotless and the sunset right in front of our eyes at our pitch was the icing on the cake!
