A very disappointing experience – unjustified accusation of stealing and poor service.
We had a particularly disappointing experience at this campsite. We booked a mobile home. The confirmation email clearly stated that bed linen was not included. Therefore, we brought our own sheets for our stay. Everything seemed fine until, a few hours later, we received a message from Kryann with the absurd accusation that we had stolen their sheets. There were no sheets available when we arrived, so we didn't "take" anything that wasn't ours.
To our great surprise and frustration, €126.94 was simply withheld from our deposit, which was completely unfair. We didn't go to the campsite that same day to explain these misunderstandings in person, but the owner/operator was "not present." An employee assured us that the owner/operator would take care of us, but this wasn't the case. We called and emailed several times, but never received a response. No explanation, no apology, no refund. This feels like a combination of fraud and outright theft.
In short: we absolutely do not recommend this campsite. We will not be returning.
