The classified site of the petrifying fountains garden contains over 15 000 flowers, trees and bushes and is one of the most beautiful gardens in France.
The Mure Railway: Let your head spin! Yesterday's mine railway has become
today's tourist trail. The most spectacular railway in the Alps offers you a marvellous ride, not far from Grenoble.
Royan-Vercours paddle steamer: This superb paddle boat offers you one of the most beautiful cruises in the Rhône-Alpes region. During the trip, you will discover the river Isère between
the Sône villages and St-Nazaire-en-Royans.
Longpra Castle: The castle still has water in its moat and has kept its drawbridge.
This 12th century stronghold is one of the purest examples of the regional architecture of its time.
The Chartreuse cellars at Voiron: Cross the distillery and discover everything the Carthusian monks' make. You can taste the products free of charge in the great hall with its stained glass windows.
