So not happy caravan was ok staff polite enough. I'm still here can not wait to go home entertainment is ridiculous! Went to the club house found a table only to be told we couldn't sit there as the people guarding 2 tables were waiting friends there was a number of tables through out this way so we left. Weather wasn't to good so was left sitting in caravan. If you would like a holiday with good entertainment an space I really would not recommend this site if your not regular or a van owner you won't be welcome!

Stayed there for a week at the end off May. On checking in the staff were polite and helpful. Our caravan was a newish yarmmouth 6 bed and was clean and tidy and well equipped with a LCD freeview TV. The grounds were nice and tidy, with pleasamt walks down footpaths and a bridle path. The playground was a bit old, but the kids didnt seem to mind. The kids also loved the outside swimming pool which was heated and has tables and chairs around it. The club house was smart with entertainment and pool tables. Food menu was a bit small but it was fine and there was a wide selection of beers from the bar. Found the Isle of Wight to be a lovely place with many execellent attractions (visit Robin Hill it's superb) and the weather was excellent to. We would recommend the island and fairway holiday park to everyone.

We stayed at Fairway Holiday Park between 7th and 21st August 2010. I would like to state that this is probably the worst holiday experience of my life!!
The 'Platinum' caravan that we rented for almost £1500 was disgusting. The whole van was riddled with black mould, the carpets and soft furnishings were dirty and stained, the vinyl floors were sticky, and the shower room smelt like a gents toilet at a non-league football ground.
The staff on site were given no authority to help us during our visit as the owner was apparently away on holiday. We were told that there was no other accomodation to move to, so we were stuck with it. Since returning home we have contacted the owner in writing and he has responded by suggesting we have made it all up. (including the photographic evidence)
This site is definately one to avoid!

we went here the begining of april for a weekend the caravans are clean but no concrete paths to the caravans so there were muddy foot prints in the caravan.the beach is a car journey about 3 miles and there was no parking at the beach so we had to go to shanklin the park is like a ghost town there was no entertainment the staff were friendly and helpful it was not very good value for money.
