Very clean site that is secure (keyfob needed to enter the site plus there are CCTV cameras too).

The showers and toilets were exceptionally clean and the owners ensured they were cleaned a couple of times per day - lovely to see such well kept facilities. On booking in you are given a key to the shower block and toilets which means that anyone coming off the beach cannot access the facilities.

Each plot has its own dedicated electricity and waste water hook up points and comprise some gravel hardstanding and a grass area beside. The park is comprised of a couple of separate areas for touring caravans/motorhomes together with quite a few static mobile homes.

We stayed with our two children who loved the choice of two onsite play parks plus access to a beautiful beach within 5 minutes walk. The beach was exceptionally clean and you can walk for miles.

We arrived when the weather was torrential and found the pitches extremely wet (could not erect the awning for the week) but the sunny weather later in the week showed just how idea a site this is for families.I would have given the site five stars if the hardstandings were concrete given the rain caused large puddles and made the entrance to the gents showerblock a bit dangerous (I slipped and fell twice).

There is a really well stocked Spar supermarket a short drive away but only one takeaway which wasn't great.

Last, the site is cash only - no credit or debit cards.
