we arrived on Good Friday for a 3 night stay and were given a warm friendly greeting.
Facilites were clean and well presented. Good kitchen/bbq area and TV room.
Park is well laid out and very clean. The owners laid on an Easter egg hunt for the children.
Site is well situated for touring in North Mayo.

We recieved a warm welcome when we arrived. The facilities were of a high standard and very clean. There is a lovely barbeque area that was covered. I havent seen this at any other caravan park and thought it was a lovely idea. The play ground was lovely but a little bit out dated. We will be going to this park again.

Travelled with 3 other motorhomes for a 3 night stay in July. Had a great time on a well facilitated site. Initially i didnt like the way tents were mixed among the caravans and motorhomes but then realised that this seems to be done to accomodate families with children so that they could be close to the playpark and tennis court. Some lovely private pitches to the back of the site which is great for those who dont want screaming children running past every 5 mins. Playpark is small and a little dated but our 3 year old and 8 year old still seemed to enjoy themselves in it. Toilet facilites were always kept clean which is a bonus on irish sites these days - so top marks for that. There is a tv and games room so kids have somewhere to go when the weather isnt so kind. No fault of the owners but did notice that some vehicles came up quite fast past the playpark area - maybe a ramp might not be a bad idea here? With belleek forest park only down the road this is a great wee place to stay

This site is great for motorhomes with hard standing plots electicity and grey water drains and for families to spend time together. We were greeted with a wonderful warm welcome and lots of information about things to do locally there are Tennis courts(you can hire rackets( for a returnable deposit),small shop,tv&games room, campers kitchen, barbeque area, immaculately kept grounds and the washrooms and toilets are spotless the facilities for chemicalwaste disposal is excellent(the high pressured hose was a boon for cleaning) these are definatley the best facilities we have used in some time.It is a quiet and peaceful site by a lovely forest and nice village. The Lenehans "Accomodate" their guests as they provide a welcome and help in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable well done if we'd had time we would have gone back again for another visit this trip we'll definatley be back next year.

This is a well presented site..really clean and tidy and busy when we were there. The facilities are clean and modern and the grounds are well maintained.
Great base to go exploring and Ballina town could present you with a celebrity or two down on the river fishing....Bobby Charlkton & Liam Neeson just 2 who were in town when we were there.
Well worth a visit for at least a couple of nights.
