Well, what can I say, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Grandparents decided to take kids away last minute for half term. Website makes the place look ok, but when you get there its like something out of the fifties and hasnt been refurbished since. Smelly, old, damp, mouldy for a start, dreary old curtains, bathroom and kitchen. The most uncomfortable lumpy damp beds. No shower curtain, paint peeling off walls made even worse when it rains. Bed linen didnt look like it had been washed. Cracks in floor and walls with dirt, cobwebs and fluff everywhere. We had to clean it before we even unpacked and as for 2 acres of surroundings, most of its been sold off and houses being built on it. Communal washing machine broke, although kind lady manager offered to do washing. Very dismal and depressing place needs to be condemned.
