Lincomb Lock Caravan Park is a charming caravan park found close to the River Severn Lock from which it takes its name. The park has a number of static holiday homes available for hire and purchase, as well as having an exclusive camping area that welcomes touring caravans and motorhomes.
Lincomb Lock Caravan Park is open from March 1st to the following January, usually closing at the end of the first full week of the New Year. Holidaymakers are advised that while the static holiday homes are family friendly, the camping field is an 'adults only' part of the park.
All of the static holiday homes available for hire at Lincomb Lock Caravan Park sit in a beautifully landscaped section of the site, offering great views across the Severn Valley. A play area is available at the park for children staying in a hired or owned holiday home.
Guests with touring caravans and motorhomes can choose from grass or hard standing pitches, with electric hook up available.
The park is part of a group of parks that holds fishing rights on the River Severn, and as such guests can enjoy days by the water looking to catch a range of fish. This section of the river is very well stocked, so if you enjoy fishing, you should be able to catch roach, perch, and carp, among others.
The nearby town of Stourport-on-Severn can be reached via a charming walk along the riverside. The town is a popular resort in its own right with tourists looking to enjoy a quiet retreat in Worcestershire.
There is much to do in the town, with some great shops and a diverse range of cafés, restaurants, and bars. The town also has a thriving recreation area alongside the river, great for adults and families alike, where activities offered include crazy golf, self drive boat hire, amusement arcades, go karting, and bowling.
Guests staying at Lincomb Lock Caravan Park that would prefer a quieter stay can instead explore the countryside that surrounds the park. Miles of amazing walking routes are offered, while there is also a wealth of woodland. The region is popular with wildlife lovers and birdwatchers.
The Wyre Forest National Nature Reserve and the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are both within a 30-minute drive, ideal for outdoor lovers looking to explore beyond the immediate surroundings of the park.
Those that prefer larger towns and cities will find something to their tastes, too, with Kidderminster, Worcester, and Hereford all close by. Worcester in particular is a great city in which to spend a day, with an amazing cathedral, cobbled streets, incredible architecture, and great parkland to keep little ones entertained if they’re on holiday with their parents or grandparents.
Many guests also chose to head into the Midlands, or check out the quirky towns and villages that sit along the England and Wales border, a short drive out to the west.
Lincomb Lock Caravan Park is a great place for a break, both for adults looking for a quiet camping location or for families looking for somewhere to hire or buy a modern, luxurious holiday home.
ADULT ONLY touring and camping area
The popular resort town of Stourport-on-Severn is only a short work along the river bank, offering a wide selection of shops, public houses, places to eat, the historic canals and basin, riverside amusement park, mini golf, boat hire and river trips.

A pleasant quiet site which caters for adults only (no childern allowed) which is marred only by inadequate toilet facilities. The toilet block is not the cleanest but adequate but the main shortcomings are the showers (both male and female) which are short in numbers (only one for M & F) with a very low but hot water flow. For the site fees charged (£16.50 in mid July) this is not good enough.
