Hastings offers a host of activities with modern shopping and its Pier and elegant promenade where you can enjoy the views over the English Channel or take in the Old Town with its medieval streets and inns. Ancient Rye, no other town evokes an atmosphere of times past in medieval England more than this with its quaint cobbled streets and picturesque period buildings, which have remained, unchanged for years. Cant fault the caravan, it was clean and spacious. The rest of the site was a bit of a let down. Smoking area right between the pool and the club house which meant both smelt of cigarettes. There were •••••• all over the place and dog poo dotted around, including in the childrens playground which was also covered in litter. Most shocking though was the wrestling at 11.30 in the morning as the family entertainment, which I found absolutely shocking. We just used the caravan as a base to explore. The beach was lovely, although a little muddy in places, and yet again there was dog poo, even in the bit where dogs are not allowed in the summer.

Never ever again!! The site is really dated and run down. Our caravan we hired was filthy!! Broken shower, broken travel cot, dirty high chair, cobwebs everywhere, leaking toilet. Fridge freezer broke, utensils and plates enough for 2 people the caravan was for 6.It was on one word a disaster!! Tried to raise issues with staff. They are all very rude and it fell on deaf ears.Entertainment was the same everyday/night. Food overpriced. Yluve been warned! Check out the reviews elsewgere on this place before you go. Wish i did!!

Absolute disaster. Many traveller families causing chaos. Drunkeness, antisocial behaviour and threats. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned

We had a fantastic jubilee weekend the entertainment over the weekend was great especially the jubilee party the kids and adults had such a great time the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Rosie in the office, the caravan was clean and comfortable and we have already booked to go back next month!
