Travel west and within minutes you’ll find yourself among the chalk hills, ancient yew forests, orchards and vineyards of the South Downs National Park. Head north or east for the picture-perfect English pastoral scenery and grand historic houses of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Make your way south and you can reach the beach Pevency Bay within 15 minutes or the icon white cliffs at Seven Sisters in just a few more.

A choice of fantastic towns also lie within easy reach. The high streets and promenades of the elegant Victorian seaside resort of Eastbourne are less than 20 minutes away. As well as a great selection of bars and restaurants, highlights here include the traditional pier, a fortress, the beach and two theatres. A short way along the coast, Hastings is home to a quirky old town and a thriving arts scene. Supermarkets can be found just up the road from the park in nearby Hailsham.

All lodges at Warren Wood are two bedroom and sleep up to four. Thanks to the visitor carpark, the areas of the site beyond are car free and safe for children to play in.

Directions

From the BN2104
Traveling south on the BN2104 from Hailsham, Hilliers Garden Centre will appear on your left. The left turning immediately after sign posted Glyndley Manor leads to Warren Wood Park.

From Polgate Train Station
Taxis are available outside the station. The drive to the site takes approx. 14 minutes.
