If there’s a more perfect setting in the south-west than St Ives Bay Holiday Park in Hayle, Cornwall, we’ve yet to find it. Whether you’re all piling in for a family holiday, or you want to enjoy romantic sunsets as a couple, this is the place for making memories. Here’s why:
First up, the setting. In undisturbed countryside with private access to three miles of sandy beach and spectacular sea views across St Ives Bay, it’s one of the finest holiday spots in Cornwall.
Next, your accommodation. Are you a laid-back camper or a fan of life’s little luxuries? Whichever you are, there’s something to suit your holiday style, from camping and touring pitches to chalets, caravans and fab little camping pods.
Finally, what about the action? Well, if kicking back and enjoying the views is not quite enough for you (and, let’s face it, the kids will want more), how about crazy golf, tennis or the amusement arcades. You can burn off more energy at the surf school and the indoor swimming pool, and because we all know that children never tire, there’s a play park too.
With all this going on, make sure you leave time to unwind for a drink at one of the two onsite bars and enjoy local cuisine, freshly prepared, at the Bay Bistro.
At St Ives Bay Holiday Park, your dream Cornwall holiday becomes a reality, and you will want to return time and time again.

St. Ives is seven miles away - use the park and ride from Lelant and visit this famous Cornish fishing village.
Lands End the most south westerly point of England has stunning views. The coastal path in either direction from Lands End is spectacular.
Paradise Park is a local wildlife sanctuary with junglebarn play area - a great day out for the family.
There are great cycle paths from the north coast to the south coast - mostly on the old mineral tramways from Portreath to Devoran. Bike hire available on the route.
The Eden project - largest indoor rainforest in the world and mediterranean biome is about a 40 minute drive from the park.
There are countless amazing beaches on the north and south coast so no matter where the wind is coming from there is a sheltered spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the Cornish sea-side thrills - from surfing to fishing in rock-pools

Excellent site, great for kids, 2 bars, 2 parks, great pool, excellent value food, well stocked shop, clean showers and toilets, great night life especially kids disco and entertainment, would return year after year, shame about the no dogs policy though, the rest of my family would have come too if they would have accepted dogs.
