Great family trip!
We came here on a holiday with my family for a much needed holiday, and we will 100% be coming back here it was lovely the caravans were cozy, had everything we needed and the whole park is beautiful.
All the staff were great and super helpful, We had a great time in the town some great little pubs to visit and all the locals are friendly.
It was a great break away for Easter will be returning to explore more of the amazing area.

I've just spent two weeks at par sands and im so pleased, i was looking for cheap and cheerfull and got cost effective and fantastic!! theres now a cafe on the beach serving great coffee, they have landscaped the gardens and developed the "camping field" in to a static site with ponds and gardens and huge fountains (which the kids didnt get out of!!)beach is really safe and pleased to hear that old factory is being demolished. i loved it, the boys loved it even the dogs loved it deffinatly contemplating buying a caravan there

I have just returned home from Par Sands and what a wonderful time we had, I took the grandchildren down for a break and it was splended plenty for the children to do, park was situated write on the beach. We will definately be visiting again next year.

Some of the comments on this site seem very out of date - or a lot has changed. We had a great holiday here last year and are looking to book again. Nice quiet site. Pool is a bit small but good enough for the little ones. Loved the wildlife lake, the fact that the kids can cycle around safely and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach is not the most picturesque in Cornwall having the factory to the far end of one side, but facing the other way it is a fabulous view and very safe, sandy and shallow. You CAN walk to the shops - it takes about 10 minutes and we had no trouble finding the place.

Me and my wife just stayed there last week , the park has new owners since i stayed there last year and what a difference, the gardens are great and well maintained, the indoor pool was lovely and warm, and the beach was realy great, spent some time fishing and had a wonderful time very impressed with the standard the new owners are aiming for, going back in august cant wait.

Second visit this year cannot fault the park just love it ,Grounds are well maintained and staff cannot do enough for you .
Caravans are modern , clean and spacious .
Have booked to come back next year and saved myself 15% off by booking while I’m here .

Went to try the newly opened Par Sands Cafe and was not disappointed! I had the Breakfast roll and the others I went with had the Full Monty breakfast. Portion sizes were very generous but if you wanted to add more to your plate you could. Food was of good quality and very tasty, also didn’t have to wait too long for it to arrive either! The staff and new manager Max were super friendly and it was lovely to see the cafe so busy. Would definitely recommend!

Just got back from a long weekend with elderly parents. Every member if staff we met was friendly and helpful. They promptly dealt with queries we had. The site is peaceful with a beautiful lake with a multitude of bird species. The beach just a stones throw away. Our accommodation was wonderful with nice touches such as coffee pods, washing up liquid, small toiletries etc. The pool was warm and it had a steam room. Pizzas from the cafe were great. We will definitely come back here, we had such a lovely weekend. We will bring our grandchildren on a return visit as the facilities are great, lovely play parks, crazy golf, a Frisbee net etc. It was great to go somewhere where all the staff were positive and helpful.

Excellent accomodation, everything you need, very clean lot's of facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Close to amenities and beautiful beach on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend.
Pub at entrance serves excellent food would recommend.

Excellent location , near beach,places to eat,local attractions, very dog friendly best place we’ve ever stayed with our 2 dogs ! Holiday park is spotlessly clean and well maintained! Staff are very friendly, lodge we stayed in was perfect everything we needed and a lovely spot( F40 ) would definitely recommend.

My wife booked this holiday due to really good price.Was a bit sceptical at first. All doubts were put aside on arrival. The caravan was excellent. The site has got to be one of the cleanest we have been on. The beach is for dogs and their masters or mistresses. Not the best. Cafe on site is excellent and friendly staff. Would definitely return.

Just got back from a weekend at Par Sands and honestly, it was exactly what we needed peaceful, clean, and super relaxing.
The park itself is really well looked after very tidy, grass perfectly cut, and everything feels cared for. It’s a 2-3min walk to the beach From the park, you can walk to a beautiful little cove on the coastal path and there are two great restaurants.
We stayed in one of the Platinum caravans with decking it was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Loads of space and everything we needed. The whole place is also really dog-friendly even with a dog wash area. Lots of info in the welcome pack too.
Check-in and out were really smooth all staff was friendly, welcoming and we even got a lovely little “on the road” bag when we left such a thoughtful touch!
Would definitely recommend if you’re after a quiet, clean, and well-kept base by the coast.

A lovey, clean,tidy well kept Park. The caravan was a little stuffy at first but having the windows open for a few hours it soon cleared. The caravan had everything we could have possibly needed. We had a lovely week. All the staff were really friendly. The little 'goodbye' package was a treat and a nice touch. Thank you

Recently had a holiday here during half term with my family. The sog friendly beach is gorgeous and so convenient! There's so much to do in the local areas both for my wife & I and the kids. The park is really well kept and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be returning!

This is the 3rd year we've come back to Par Sands for our annual Cornwall trip with our 2 children & bulldog and as always it didn't disappoint.
Our caravan with modern and clean and the park was incredibly well maintained. Acting as the perfect home base for us to venture out on family adventures around Cornwall. The beach, shop & cafe on your doorstep made life so easy for us.
As always, we will be back next year!

Another amazing weekend away spent at our favourite place! As always, park looks immaculate and staff very friendly and remember our faces which is a lovely touch. The bag of goodies that were given to us on departure were thoroughly enjoyed on the journey home! Cant wait for our return in Summer.

The caravan was superb, very clean and spacious. The park was clean and well maintained with several green spaces, plenty of space between the caravans. Park was just over the road from the sandy Parr beach. On site shop was small., and cafe closed early outside of school hols, but not really a problem as very close to Parr village co-op and excellent local pubs. Small site, very friendly.

We have recently stayed here and it was just what our family needed – a refreshing break filled with fun, nature, and quality time together.
The caravan itself was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy beds, and waking up to birdsong and sea air was such a treat. The park was really family friendy!
The location was perfect – close to some beautiful beaches and charming little towns. We took a few day trips out to explore.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and really made an effort to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It made such a difference.
All in all, we had a fantastic Easter break. Highly recommend for families looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure in a beautiful part of the UK. We’ll definitely be back!

We love absolutely everything about Par Sands and wouldn't change a thing, We've upgraded twice since purchasing our first Holiday Home and each time has been made really easy by the wonderful Park Leisure Team. We chose Par Sands because we have always loved the area and it so convenient for us - we visit most weekends and we only live about 40 miles away. The grounds are always immaculate and we really enjoy being apart of the Park Leisure community - we've made some great friends through the regular social events arranged by the team and you'll often find us with a full house of guests! Its great to be so close to the beach and we love going for walks and exploring the stunning coastline. The best part is that it is open all year round, so we can visit as often as we like. We'd certainly recommend a Park Leisure Holiday Home to anyone looking for the perfect Cornish Retreat.
