Take a leisurely stroll down into the pretty waterside village of Shaldon, where you’ll find independent shops, cafés, and beachside pubs. Venture through the Smugglers’ Tunnel to the secluded Ness Beach, ramble along the winding South West Coast Path for some more spectacular views and a bit of nature spotting, or hop on England’s oldest passenger ferry and head across the river to Teignmouth. You could even enjoy a complimentary round of golf at one of four prestigious courses in the South West. And with Dartmoor, Exeter, and Torquay all a short distance away, you really are spoilt for choice.

Thanks to our award-winning on-site restaurant, The Bucket & Spade, which specialises in using quality local produce, and our newly refurbished wellness centre, complete with indoor heated pool, fitness suite, infrared sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms, your perfect seaside retreat is possible without even setting foot off the Park.

Each lodge is built with luxury and comfort at the forefront, with creative functionality, and stylish, high-quality finishing touches throughout. Large windows, and your own private decking help make the most of those showstopping views. This really is holiday home living at its finest.

Of course, the best way to get a feel for Coast View is to come and visit. Although you don’t need to make an appointment, and our Sales Suite is open 7 days a week, we strongly recommend that you book a personal viewing, to get the most out of your time.

The Bucket & Spade is our multi-award-winning restaurant and bar. Enjoy al fresco dining in style with outstanding sea views from the roof terrace, or relax in our cosy and welcoming indoor seating area. Using only the best local ingredients, and with gluten-free and vegan options available, there’s something on the menu for everyone, and just like the rest of the park, it’s pet-friendly!

Our on-site health and fitness centre includes a beautiful indoor heated pool, a modern gym, and newly renovated changing area with infrared sauna and steam room. Families with young children can also enjoy the outdoor play area.

We’re spoilt for choice at Coast View. With the seaside resort of Teignmouth just over the bridge (or a short ferry ride away), and Torquay and Exeter both within easy reach there’s plenty to keep you occupied if you decide to leave the Park. For the more adventurous, head to wild expanse of Dartmoor famous for its unspoilt natural beauty, hire a bike, amble along the 6-mile cliff walk to Torbay, or try your hand at water sports.

Powderham Castle and Buckfast Abbey are just two examples of impressive sites in a county, rich with local history and heritage.

Golf enthusiasts can make the most of complementary passes to four prestigious courses, including Shaldon Golf Course opposite the Park, and Teignmouth Golf Club, open all year round.
