Sadly this did not live up to the description in the brochure of being a 5 star site with good access and being level. The drive way up to the site is like a steep 1 in 4 hill with pot holes and low overhanging branches. When pulling up at reception you block the road for other users. The pitches are on terraces and there is not much room for manovering car and caravan due to 4 foot slopes at one side and 4 foot hils at the other, you feel the caravan is on such an incline that one mistake and its over the edge. The 1 toilet block was ver disappointing, in the ladies there were 5 showers for over 250 pitches (you can imagine the queues!!) these were very poor for pressure in fact a trickle would better describe them. There was no shelves, no seats or curtains just 1 double hook. Out of approximately a dozen loos I struggled to find one with toliet paper in. They were cleaned once aday and the paper was never replenished after this time (even after asking) And the floor was always dirty later in the afternoon. No locks on 2 of the mens loos. There are 3 washing machines which were always breaking down and no sinks for hand washing but yet there were two long work tops in the laundry room. Now for the positive side, the view are spectacular. The pool was very warm and in a lovely position for sun bathing. The bar and decking area are very nice. Sadly this is not 5 star, but with a little TLC it could be. I do this the steepness and approach should be noted in the brochure. 2 people burnt their clutches out while we were there, one being a Frontera.
