Luckford Wood offers caravanners and campers a peaceful relaxed atmosphere in a rural setting. The setting is rural and uncommercialised. Luckford Wood Farm Caravan and Camping Park has many hideaway and secluded areas as well as secluded sunny glades. Many areas are tree-lined, other areas are level meadowland. The site nestles in the heart of Dorset countryside. The park has low level lighting at night for your convenience and safety.
It is an excellent base to explore the coastal and inland footpaths/cycle ways and bridle paths.
Ferry Terminal at Poole and Weymouth to France and Channel Islands are within easy reach.
Ferry Trips around the Jurassic World Heritage Coastline, Swanage Bay, Poole Harbour and to the National Trust Brownsea Island, are close at hand.
Golf can be played at many courses nearby, some are championship courses (concessionary green fees are available for some courses for our guests). Group transport can be included to take your party to each course and then to the restaurant or pub of your choice in the evening. (N.B.
