This was our second visit , the previous year was in february and it was bitterly cold, but this time the sun was up and the park was looking very clean as ever, but this time trees had greenery, the park itself is ideal for forest walks , and a short drive to swanage, the toilets and showers very clean and warm with constant showers no push buttons for us, staff very helpful and knowledgeable from caravans to sat tv small well stocked shop on site we have searched for a site we can travel from oxford to and make more use of this we have found with Wareham forest just ticks all the right boxes for us will use many more times throughout the year well done Wareham forest any award would be well deserved

My wife and I who are both over 60,stayed here in late November 08.We were met with a very friendly reception, and for the duration of our 3 night stay ,all the staff we met were pleasant and friendly. The site was naturally quiet at this time. The site facilities were equal to the best club standards. We took our bird table and had a good variety of visitors. There is very good access to the woods for those that like cycling or walking. The shop was better stocked than most.Look out for the funny cards .As we left the Christmas lights were being put up,and we would have liked to stay longer. We shall return in the future. I have to agree with the other review. We stayed here for the first time at Easter and were really impressed. The owners and thier team have it running like clockwork.Considering how busy it was the toilets and showers were always clean, and it was reassuring to see the shower curtains changed too!
We did have a couple of electrical blips both on our pitch and in the toilet block on a couple of occassions.I think this was just due to the park being at capacity and everyone using thier kettles at once!
Good play area, nice indoor games room, well stocked shop.Nice woodland walks.Overall a very nice, clean well looked after site.
We would happily return.

I have travelled for 25 years in Europe and the UK with a Caravan, and now have a season pitch at Wareham Forest Tourist Park. The current owners are amazing, and have invested, and continue to invest in making this site one of the most efficient and comfortable I have ever visited. The site is quietly supervised by the owners and staff, ensuring that all guests are safe and content. Nothing is too much trouble. Clearly the Five Star Rating is well deserved, and every inch of this site reflects this. Lets hope that Wareham Forest Tourist Park gives other site owners the inspiration and vision that has clearly worked for them.
