We have a prime location in Devon's premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, just 600 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach, sand dunes and 500 acre nature reserve.

Oakcliff itself is an 8 acre park laid out in lawns and parkland around an elegant Georgian house which has the David Bellamy Gold Award for its environmental qualities and the Four Star "Excellent" Award from the English Tourism Council for the high standard of the park facilities.

Shop, takeaway, bar, restaurant, swimming pools and clubhouse are all located at our sister site Lady's Mile.

A short journey from Lady's Mile brings you to miles and miles of golden sandy beaches running along the coast of South and East Devon; Dartmoor National Park rises with it's Tors, hidden villages, vast rugged moorlands and sparkling streams; the City of Exeter with it's historic Roman walls, Cathedral, museums, theatres, university and shopping centres is only 30 minutes by car.
