Callander Woods is the latest addition to the Wood Leisure Holiday Parks Family. Located in Perthshire, in the popular tourist town of Callander, the holiday park is right at the Eastern Approach to the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

We are primarily a caravan & motorhome park with over a hundred pitches for touring caravans & motorhomes, including fully-serviced, hard-standing and grass touring pitches. If you would prefer a longer stay, we also offer summer seasonal pitches, mini seasonals, and monthly pitches.

Our other accommodation includes a range of 2 & 3 bedroom caravan holiday homes and 4/6 berth glamping pods.

About the Area

Our new family-run holiday park is at the gateway to the Trossachs and the Scottish Highlands but is also on the Rob Roy Way and the Birds of Prey Trail and is close to the famous Bracklinn Falls and the stunning Loch Katrine. With a variety of outdoor pursuits on your doorstep and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars in Callander, you'll never be short of things to do!

First time visit but sadly only for 3 nights. One of the best sites I have visited. It's an open site so watching the kids is easy. They let you pick your own pitch. We had pitch near to the play area, which was ideal. Some are a bit sloping and others fairly en-even, so I would advise blocks / wheel ramps. It rained cats and dogs for half a day but no flooding which is a bonus as we left the awning at home. Power and water next to pitch so fully serviced. The site has a small shop but no pub etc... All in all, a great site. I will be going back...

Had a great weekend at this well kept park the staff are very helpfull and the toilet block is spotless. the pitch space is big with plenty of room for thr awning. We had the dog with us and there is plenty of walking space for them there is no shop on site but there is a wee van that visits with bread milk papers etc, all in we had a brill wekend and will go back again Gart Caravan Park, Stirlingshire, Scotland

This is a lovely site with good childrens play facilities, the sand play area is undercover and great for younger children, the toilet blocks are clean and well kept. The site backs onto a river which is good for fishing and dogs love it too!! There are great woodland walks across from the site, when weather permits it's a good walk into Callander, with good shops, cafe's and take away's. The electric and water/waste hookup is placed between 2 pitches giving you fully serviced pitches. We have enjoyed several weekends at the Gart and look forward to having more this year. Highly recommend it. Gart Caravan Park, Stirlingshire
