My family (my husband & 3 girls 12, 13 & 1)had a lovely time at this caravan park, the caravan was clean and well equipped there was not a great deal of entertainment on the site however, my older children made their own entertainment by building dens, playing football and going on bike rides while my youngest loved the park and the toys by the bar area. We had some lovely days out to dene country park (free) and heads of Ayr farm park. The staff were really helpful and always had time to chat. We had a lovely meal out at the Black Bull five mins drive away. Would recommend this site for a quiet get away giving families the opportunity to spend time together instead of sticking your kids in amusements and drinking your body weight in beer.

Love this site. Small, quiet, friendly park and is a great get away site. Only 10-15 min drive from Ayr/Prestwick beach and walks along river Ayr. Loved my stay there and found it to be ideal rest.

Truly is bad on earth. advertised as a family holiday park with entertainment!! i have stayed in better equipped tents. no heating in the caravan except one plug in mobile heater, NO WASH HAND BASIN IN THE TOILET. holes in floor where they have removed the heating, charged a service charge £8 per person for 4 nights stay for a reason i am yet to work out, as the provide nothing at all. Entertainment for families in in the bar which includes one pool table & a dart board & around 6 tables to drink in the bar. this site is in the middle of nowhere so if you have kids older than 5 years be prepared for a lot of grief as there is nothing at all for them to do.
