Stay well away from this place. One couple had a dispute with them over damage the park did moving the home, they went on holiday then had a bereavement, they came and they’d cleared all there possessions, now there trying to charge £250 for a £60 gas safety check, they keeping moving site earlier and earlier, the place is a joke we’re leaving.

DO NOT BUY A CARAVAN FROM THESE PEOPLE there has been over 17 managers in 10 years they change the rules when ever they want, make promises they dont keep everyone tells you a different story in the office once they have your money they dont care. Its 2500 just to disconnect if you decided not to stay. They offer you a pittance for your caravan and sell it on at extortionate price stay well way even people who have been there years are upset at the way the place has gone since it was took over by the hill brothers 10 years ago stay away unless you have money to burn

We have owned a tourer for the past 5 years and as our kids are getting a little older they are wanting a little more space on our holiday's so we have been looking at holiday parks in the north west.

We visited the Forest of Pendle Holiday Park on a Sunday in Early June when the sun was shining. We parked up and had a walk around the park whilst our two boys played in the playground.

Whilst we looked at the caravans, the sales manager (ive forgotten the chaps name) came over to us and chatted about the different mix of pre-owned and new caravans for sale, he also
took the time to show us around the park.

Overall the site is lovely with a real friendly feel to the place, and i could see us buying a caravan on this site - however i think that's still a number of months off yet. Looking forward to visiting the site again

Please be aware that if you do decide to leave this park then you could end up paying them between £2000 and £2500 which they say is the cost to remove your old caravan, although they are then selling these caravans on, on the same pitch, at an extortionate price!

Just a warning to anybody who is thinking about purchasing a caravan from this park. If you have been led to believe you can live here all year round BE CAREFUL!! They will tell you anything to get you to sign and give them a deposit. Look on the Hill Brothers web site where they tell you that customer satisfaction is a main priority, ER NO. Your money is the main priority for this company. Anything the site manager tells you will not be backed up by Mr.Richard Hill the M.D. he will just say they acted without authority. So think long and hard about risking any of your hard earned money being grabbed by this company you will have an almighty fight to get anything back off them.

I have been on this park for several years and wish to say it is the best move I ever did, the peace and quiet is unbelievable and the views are spectacular...I would recommend it to anyone who wants to completely unwind

wonderful and peaceful park set in the most spectacular countryside, this is a must for all walkers.
Pets and Children are very welcome but the sound of silence is golden with only the sound of the water falls and sheep this truely is a special place to stay

This place is not bad.... it is terible. The manager is not honest in his claims about the park and does not issue an aggreement re park occupancy until a sale is complete and all money has changed hands. All the awards gained by this park were through the previous owner, who still has a park in the village. The local pub has been closed for over 2 years and there are no retail facilities within a 1 mile radius. Caravans sold 2 years ago by this park are deemed worthless by the management, who will not allow private resale and will only arrange for removal from the park with no payment. Avoid this park at all costs. By the way.... Brooksy, the previous commentator is the manager.
