Appalling customer service, the site owners/management do as little as possible to help you once they have your money and it seems that once they have your money, they most certainly are not spending it on the site - for example :- the site cleanliness/facilities/safety/roads/shower block etc! the site is dark with no lighting at night, it is also accessed by a dangerous road. The toilet / shower block is very shabby and dirty and needs urgent upgrading.

There is only one Elsan point and only one waste bin area on the whole site so be prepared for a long walk or drive up a pot holed road to reach it ! If you want a quiet caravan park then look elsewhere! this park is like holidaying in a working quarry, (infact, it is actually also a working quarry and storage depot as well as a caravan site) constant noise and dust from heavy machinery not only from the quarry area located actually on this site but also heavy machinery rumbling past holiday homes.

If you have children, then beware of the heavy quarry vehicles on the roads through the site! I am not exaggerating when I say that all the roads on this site are very badly pot holed and in a poor state, be prepared for possible suspension damage. There is zero TV signal and poor mobile signal ( they will provide wi-fi but at a cost £200 +) !!

We also saw a few rats on the site which was very disconcerting! what I cannot fathom out is why other people have put good reviews about this site (one wonders, are they genuine reviews) !
