Charris Camping and Caravan Park is a beautiful, AA three-pennant park found on the edge of the Stour Valley. The park is open throughout the year and offers 45 pitches suitable for motorhomes, touring caravans, and tents. The whole park is well sheltered, and all pitches are either on level or gently sloping ground. A small number of hard standing pitches are available at Charris, and electric hook-ups are available for all pitches.
Pets are also allowed on the site, while Wi-Fi internet is available for guests to use during their stay. Additional facilities include a heated shower and toilet block, a laundrette, and washing up facilities. In the reception area is a useful convenience store allowing guests to stock up on camping essentials, groceries, and refreshments. Products available here include ice creams and soft drinks, Calor Gas, and Camping Gaz. There is also a tourist information area where guests can pick up leaflets regarding local activities and maps of the surrounding area.

Wimborne Minster market takes place in the town every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and is a good place to visit if you enjoy shopping for local produce in Dorset and want to pick up a bargain.
The location of Charris Camping and Caravan Park is also brilliant for exploring the south coast of England. To the east, you can visit the New Forest and head for thriving towns by the seaside. From here you can enjoy the English Riviera at Bournemouth and also the seaside town of Lymington.
