Millness Hill Caravan and Lodge Park – Holiday Homes for Sale in the South Lake District

Discover your perfect Lake District escape at Millness Hill Caravan and Lodge Park, a peaceful owner-only holiday park in the South Lakes. Set on a tranquil hillside near Crooklands, Cumbria, Millness Hill offers beautifully presented static caravans and luxury lodges for sale, all overlooking rolling fells and the historic Lancaster Canal.

Located just six miles from Kendal and close to Arnside, Silverdale and the Kent Estuary, Millness Hill sits in one of Cumbria’s most scenic and accessible locations. This often-overlooked southern region of the Lake District is loved for its quieter trails, spectacular landscapes, and “undiscovered” feel, offering all the beauty of the Lakes, but without the crowds.

From here you can explore Windermere, Grange-over-Sands and Morecambe Bay, Silverdale & Arnside AONB and the Yorkshire Dales National Park, just to the east. It’s the ideal base for hill-walking, wildlife spotting, coast-to-countryside adventures or simply unwinding in peaceful surroundings.

Holiday Home Ownership at Millness Hill Caravan and Lodge Park

Millness Hill is a well-established, family-run park offering static caravans & luxury lodges for sale. We operate a 10.5-month season – open 1st March to 15th January and offer modern, well-maintained plots with stunning countryside views for a quiet, relaxed atmosphere perfect for peaceful retreats.

Every holiday home is designed to help you start your ownership adventure with comfort, style and ease, with spacious layouts, modern fittings, and everything you need to enjoy regular breaks in the Lakes.

Millness Hill offers a sense of space and serenity that’s increasingly hard to find in the central Lakes. Wake up to sweeping fell views, enjoy gentle walks along the canal, and return to a peaceful owner-only community after days exploring the region.

Whether you’re dreaming of weekend escapes, extended stays, or a long-term holiday lifestyle, Millness Hill is one of the South Lake District’s most inviting places to own a holiday lodge or caravan.
