Causey Hill Caravan Park is located just outside Hexham, and it is one of three parks in the north of England that make up the Daly Holiday Parks group. This site has absolutely outstanding views of the rolling Northumberland Hills.

Causey Hill is a beautifully maintained caravan park that is open all year round, except February. It’s largely given over to holiday homes, but rather uniquely, the very best views are reserved for the touring pitches.

There are 42 touring pitches in total, each on generous hardstanding, and serviced with fresh water and waste points, as well as a 10A hook-up, and they are on the upper tiers of the park, overlooking the valley below. Many of the touring pitches are gently sloping, so you will need to bring wooden blocks or similar for your van’s leg steadies.

The touring area new state of the art wash room is now finished as well as the major development work

The whole caravan park spreads over 19 acres, with six acres of private woodland, which includes a dog walk. All of this has helped this campsite to achieve a silver award in the David Bellamy caravan park conservation awards scheme.

In addition, there is a small play area for children, and plenty of green space on which to kick a ball around away from the caravans. The entrance and exit are barriered for extra security and peace of mind. There’s also Wi-Fi throughout the site, with vouchers available from reception.

Open from:
1st March to 31st January

We have been Causey Hill Caravan Park for about 3 seasons. We have a tourer and love it there. The site is clean and the amenities are excellent. The new Washroom Facility are fantastic we wouldn't go anywhere else as we are well looked by the friendly staff. We intend to stay on our beautiful pitch for years to come. A big thank you to all staff and lovely friends we have made.

Stayed here over the Bank Holiday Weekend, Excellent Caravan Park, well maintained, clean and tidy site. Great walks in Woodlands and plenty of wildlife to see.
If I had the money I would highly consider buying a Static Caravan on their new developement.
