This park wrongly advertises information on their website. The pictures of caravans displayed are not what you receive or remotely close to what you expect at time of booking. There is not enough things to do as shown on website. There are no local amenities close by apart from entering into Yarmouth. The staff are not very helpful. The caravan we booked was suppose to be a bronze plus for 4 adults, it was accommodated for 2 to live in. It was not cleaned, we endured a power cut the first night only to find the power box was left very dangerously open hanging out onto the grass. The toaster was faulty which also caused the power to cut off. The oven door was left hanging dangerously. We noticed all this after we had been told all appliances get checked before new arrivals but clearly these important issues were missed. The staff were unable to move us because they said they were booked but after exploring the park we found several unoccupied caravans, more to the point, the maintenance manager said we would need to be moved due to the health and safety of the cooker, a bit of a contradiction from being told there are no more free caravans! After another complaint they agreed to issue a days stay due to the inconvenience and being exposed to appliances that did not meet the health & safety requirements, waiting to see if this refund enters my bank. What was meant to be a relaxing weekend away turned into a nightmare all because things were not checked in the first place. They advertise wrong info and then are very unhelpful. Would never return to this place again. This doesn't even warrant a star.

We stayed in a gold 6 caravan, it was excellent, the park was ideal location for visiting everywhere especially Africa Alive where we fed the giraffes and I went in with the meerkats.
The park itself was good but could do with a chippy or like to take away food, the entertainment was ok, the amusements were impossibly hard ti win any thing out of the 2p machines.
Overall a very good holiday and would definitely go back

An enjoyable pleasant stay at this site. The amenities were fine and the entertainment was ok. Didn't go swimming but from what I had heard it is was a nice warm outside pool. Friendly staff added to the expereince. Would definitely visit again!
