Our carefully designed holiday park is within 2 hours of much of central Scotland and the north of England. Enjoy a peaceful holiday in a natural environment surrounded by wildlife, right in the heart of one of Scotland’s official National Scenic Areas. Located on the stunning Solway coast, just a few miles from the A75 and the picturesque towns of Kirkcudbright and Castle Douglas; Sandgreen provides all the pleasure of a coastal escape with the convenience of being just a short drive from the A75. Sandgreen is fantastic my husband and I absolutely love going there to one of their lodges. The lodge has everything you could ever want or need.
The staff are so welcoming and we call it our second home. We have stayed 3 times this year and are booking for next year.

Sandgreen Caravan Park

Just back home after a wonderful week at this beautiful location and my son is standing over my shoulder while I am typing asking to go back next week (we didn't want to leave). Everyone is so friendly, the park is clean and well kept yet natural at the same time with lots of bracken and other indigenous species around. We stayed in a 3 bed caravan and it had everything you needed including hand towels and toilet roll which we were not expecting and a lovely welcome basket with a few essentials and some extra little gifts and there were also bottles of orange juice, milkshake and a pint of milk in the fridge. The dog was provide with a towel, dog bowl and some treats. There is also a great little storage shed housing extra chairs and a parasol for use on the deck with lots of space for bikes etc and it looks like kayaks etc could be stored beneath the deck. Great for a relaxing calm week - you feel as if you are far far away from reality yet within a few miles there are lots of visitor attractions, restaurants, shops etc.

This is a well-spaced out van perfect for the family. The lounge offers fantastic space with wraparound seating and a pull out bed for occasional sleepovers.
