I worked for Seaton Estate, Creswell Welch is an awful man. I'm from England, was new to the area here and didn't know his reputation, even other travellers wont touch him, he's apparently notorious among them and his father was worse. I was paid roughly £2.00 an hour, I'm in my 40's, the manager there had stolen £25,000.00 off me so was trying to get it back. The Crown Park Sales manager, who'd been prosecuted before for embezzling around £200,000 from Thurston Manor Holiday Park , only admitted to £30,000.00 embezzling, and Cresswell Welch admitted to paying his court fees for that, before he employed him as Crown Park Sales manager. Paul stole hundreds of thousands off home buyers there, a large amount of the stolen money went into a bank account for Thomas Mckinstray, Cresswell said that Thomas Mckinstray worked for him and that is why the money went into his account. The new lodges that the home owners paid for, mostly stately albion, were never ordered and the lodge owners are still in old lodges that were taken from Seaton Estate. He paid staff less than half the minimum wage whilst asking for a massage!. This is a genuine reply. The worst thing I ever did was become involved with that family. His brother also owns parks and keeps asking the guy I live with to get the bad reviews removed off the internet (he's a web developer) Feel free to ask me any questions

Unfortunately I bought a caravan from the owner for a ludicrous price and the following year he halfed the price which is still to high. We were told we would have to update or remove our vans I updated more fool me and then he changed his mind about throwing people off as too many were leaving. It's a building site and has been since the new owners took over. There is no spa and hasn't been for 2 years, nothing for kids definitely no nice play areas they are just a mess, so you can take kids to the pub ha as if you'd want to This is the most boring caravan site The management are a laugh(disgrace) Wish I could sell my van but I can't and the owner offered me 5 thousand for it and I paid him 33 2 years ago. Nothing short of rogues Best thing about this site is the ROAD OUT Please don't give this man your money He has no respect for anyone on HIS SITE as he likes to tell you often..

Been going to seaton estate for 20years this year I was told no commercial vehicles towed caravan with pick-up for the last 5 years but this year had a transit sports van. Different site since it changed hands not for the better. Don't know if I want to go back

I saw this review after we booked our holiday and to be honest i am glad, or i may not have visited this beaturful site.

It does have alot of statics there but the touring site is just fine and we found the facilities to be of a good over all standard.

Surrounding area is also great and will be coming here again in the future.

Just come back from a week at Seaton! Have to say this was a lovely holiday for me and my family, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty to do in around the park and the local area. I have read the reviews about the toilet block and I have to say it is a reasonable standard and this did not make any difference to our holiday! I will be back with my family in August to this delightful place.

Just back from 2 days at this site with our motorhome. Country setting, nice views, but toilet/shower facilities were a disappointment. Flaking, peeling ceilings, Broken tiles in sink & shower areas,
No toilet paper in 8 of the 10 cubicles in gents and same for ladies. When we complained, we were told it was because the campers steal the paper!

We didn't see a cleaner during our stay, although we were only there for 2 days. Only upside was plenty of hot water.

No plugs in the dishwashing area and the chemical waste disposal wasn't exactly pleasant. Thankfully our motorhome is self-contained, but they charge £20 per night for this. I even had to trample down a large thistle before I could plug in my electric hookup.

They appear to be concentrating on their static home and function SUITE business to the detriment of tourers, so if you like clean, well maintained and pleasant toilet/washroom facilities give this site a wide berth.
