The site is attractive in all seasons. A walk through the woodlands in Spring will reveal a host of flowers whilst the Autumn leaves are a riot of colour. Birds and Wildlife abound. Buzzards soar over head. Rabbits, badgers, and occasionally a red deer join the resident ducks, Canadian geese and even kingfishers here. We do welcome dogs on the site (on a lead), and they have a separate exercise field. It is very unusual to find a coastal site as level as Mill Park, and what's more its spacious - lots of room for children to play safely. We have a playground and the swing running over the stream is very popular

Ideally situated for touring North Devon and Exmoor. Visit the local town of Ilfracombe and the picturesque Combe Martin.

There is also a few places worth visiting, such as:
- Milky Way
- Big Sheep
- Watermouth Castle
- Ruggest Coastline
- Exmoor Zoo
