Myrus Holiday Park is a quiet, family-owned caravan site near Banff, situated in a wooded setting yet only a short distance from the shores of the Banffshire coast. The park is open from late March to the end of October, offering a full range of camping pitches for tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. There is also the option of renting one of the luxury static holiday caravans at Myrus Holiday Park. If you should happen to fall in love with this beautiful part of Aberdeenshire, there are also a few static holiday homes for sale.

Myrus Holiday Park has recently undergone extensive redevelopment and landscaping work over recent years and has been awarded a five star grading by Visit Scotland. Additionally, during 2019, Myrus Holiday Park was voted Scottish Regional Winner of the Top 100 Sites in UK by Practical Caravan and Motorhome, maintaining the status as one of the best Caravan Parks in the country.
The touring facilities are second to none with a centrally heated amenities block which has luxurious toilets/showers and private washing cubicles. There is a disabled suite and a fully equipped laundry to accommodate touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. All touring pitches are spacious having a 16 amp hookup and satellite TV connection. There are a number of super pitches having the benefit of water and waste adjacent to the pitch. (Please note the touring section of the park is for the benefit of adults only, while children are welcome in our holiday homes).

In addition to visiting the beaches, you can use the park as a base for your fishing holidays near Banff and of course golfing holidays. Both of these sports are hugely popular activities among people who travel to the area. There is a golf driving range and coffee shop adjacent to the holiday park, with walk-through access. While there are several high quality golf courses also within an hours’ drive. If you fancy doing some sea fishing, you can hire a boat and head out to see. Alternatively, you can fish in one of the many small rivers and lochs that cut through this stunningly beautiful landscape.

There are also a number of friendly villages situated on the coastline, while you can easily visit Inverness and enjoy days out in Aberdeen during your holidays in Scotland.

We have just returned home after a week at Myrus caravan Park. The van we rented was well equipped and clean. Any problems or questions we had were dealt with immediately.
A special thanks to Helen. Such a lovely lady who works incredibly hard. Always ready to help and with a smile. Thanks.

This site is the cleanest and tidiest site that you could wish for. As another reviewer has said the toilets/showers are cleaner than 5star hotels .....absolutely spotless. You feel like you are the first to use them. Very peaceful site in a beautiful setting with lots to see and do close by. Owners/warden very welcoming and helpful. This site is a must do site - it'll be hard to beat!

Have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Myrus Caravan & Holiday Park - wow! What a fab site! Both the owners and wardens were very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble for them. Site was clean, tidy and well-maintained. Toilets/showers were better than you would find in many top class hotels. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing site then this is sure to be the one for you - we will definitely be going back!
