Myrus Holiday Park is a quiet, family-owned caravan site near Banff, situated in a wooded setting yet only a short distance from the shores of the Banffshire coast. The park is open from late March to the end of October, offering a full range of camping pitches for tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. There is also the option of renting one of the luxury static holiday caravans at Myrus Holiday Park. Myrus Holiday Park has recently undergone extensive redevelopment and landscaping work over recent years and has been awarded a five star grading by Visit Scotland. Additionally, during 2019, Myrus Holiday Park was voted Scottish Regional Winner of the Top 100 Sites in UK by Practical Caravan and Motorhome, maintaining the status as one of the best Caravan Parks in the country.
The touring facilities are second to none with a centrally heated amenities block which has luxurious toilets/showers and private washing cubicles. There is a disabled suite and a fully equipped laundry to accommodate touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. All touring pitches are spacious having a 16 amp hookup and satellite TV connection. There are a number of super pitches having the benefit of water and waste adjacent to the pitch. Both of these sports are hugely popular activities among people who travel to the area. There is a golf driving range and coffee shop adjacent to the holiday park, with walk-through access. While there are several high quality golf courses also within an hours’ drive. If you fancy doing some sea fishing, you can hire a boat and head out to see. Alternatively, you can fish in one of the many small rivers and lochs that cut through this stunningly beautiful landscape.
