Visit Lincolnshire and stay at Mill Farm Leisure, a beautiful holiday park found in the heart of the county.

The park offers a selection of lodges and cottages as well as welcoming guests with touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents onto the site. The site is open all through the year, and is affiliated with The Camping and Caravanning Club. The touring side of the park is adults only, although families are welcome to stay in the lodges and cottages found at Mill Farm.

All of the touring pitches at Mill Farm Leisure are level and hardstanding, and benefit from electric and water hook-ups, as well as access to Wi-Fi. Each pitch also has an adjacent grassy area perfect for relaxing or erecting an awning. All of the pitches are separated by trees, too, so all guests can enjoy a degree of privacy during their stay.

Our pitch prices are all inclusive, we do not charge extra for awnings, electric, Wi Fi, pets (Max 2 per pitch) or use of the showers so the price per night does not change!

Our toilet and shower facilities have been constructed to a high standard with disabled access and includes Toilet, Shower & basin with wall mounted mirror. It is heated all year round.

Fishing is available on-site at Mill Farm Leisure, with a one-acre lake offering numerous platforms where guests can spend a relaxing day by the water. All of the touring pitches and holiday lodges are just a short walk from the lake, making the site a great place for a fishing holiday. The lake is well-stocked with a wide variety of fish species, including perch, tench and roach. Fishing is available all through the year, from dawn until dusk.

There are several excellent pubs and restaurants found close by, where guests can enjoy the very best local produce available. The Barley Mow and The Old Chequers Inn are great places to go for those looking for a traditional pub atmosphere and food, while Indian and Italian food lovers can enjoy the Bombay Brasseries and San Rufo’s.

Mill Farm Leisure is ideally situated for couples or families that are looking to get out and explore all the great tourist attractions of Lincolnshire. Animal lovers will find Hardy’s Animal Farm and the Parrot Zoo nearby, offering the chance to get up close and personal with a variety of different animals and get involved with everything going on in these locations.

The site is also just a short, 20-minute drive from the centre of Skegness, perfect for a traditional day beside the seaside. Visit Skegness and among the attractions to be found are some exceptional stretches of beach and the Butlins holiday resort. Those preferring to stay away from the town centre will find the Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve a short distance outside the town to the south, while there are also miles of countryside surrounding the park that are perfect for walking and cycling.

You might also like to visit Lincoln, the cathedral city a 70-minute drive from Mill Farm Leisure, or explore the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Either way, this is a great destination for your camping and caravan holidays if you want to get away from it all.

This was our first proper trip away with our caravan for four nights. It was set in beautiful open surroundings of lincolnshire farmland. Nothing to quite beat the sight of the sun rising across the sprawling fields and the quiet sound of countryside birdsong drifting across the private fishing lake! There were a total of 5 hardstanding pitches which were fully serviced with mains water and electricity and each standing was separated by a line of small trees on either side.
Other facilities on site included a spotless shower room and toilet (a slight 5 minute walk to the other end of the site but great for keeping fit :) ) and beside this there was a laundry room and vegetable preparation area. There was an area for disposing of waste and a recycling area too to keep up those green credentials.
We found it a fantastic spot to tour round to Boston (a quaint market town), to see lincoln itself (just a 45 minute drive awaywith its beautiful cathedral, historic castle and great shopping) and generally just explore the countryside around - there is certainly plenty of it!
We paid just £12 a night pitch fee plus £3 for the electric hook-up. We were lucky enough to benefit from free WI-FI on site too although the signal was occasionally a little patchy. We also managed to get our portable dish to pick up freeview tv whilst we were there once we had figured out that the dish needed to be on the outside of the trees lining our pitch.
It is an adults only site and we would definitely recommend this site for a peaceful getaway within easy reach of plenty of things to do if you wish.
Top notch! :D
