Property manager response (27 Jan 2011)

I apologise for your terrible experience during your stay at The Hop Farm Camping and Touring Park. The campsite opened in 2009 and has come along way since your visit. We now have refurbished toilet/ shower block facilities/ New managers in the shop and touring facility and we've had some brilliant feedback during 2010.
