A group of us went there for Easter 2012, 6 pitches in total a mix of caravans, tents and trailer tents. The electric was off more than it was on, the showers would either be cold or just stop part way through a shower and as for the attitude of the staff when complaining was just a disgrace, we'll give you your money back if you get off our site in the morning. Not great when you have very young children in a tent and no electricity to keep them warm. Even the clubhouse had no heating!! None of us will go back there again. And my rating of 1 as poor is being generous.

A lovely park, set near the broads with beautiful scenery, a perfect family get away, lots to do both in the day and evening, such as childrens play areas, entertainment evenings, a swimming pool and an on site pub etc. Maintenance on site was kept well, the toilets and shower blocks were always clean and i regularly saw cleaners going in. There is also an on campus shop which was very handy, all staff and other holidaymakers were friendly and welcoming. There are lots of local attractions; whilst I stayed I had the opportunity to go on a canoe trip around the broads which was both informative and enjoyable, a nice family day out for all. It's close to local amenities, such as a gym, a shop, which is no more than 10 minutes walk away, and a local restaurant. The wildlife gardens which is only 5 minutes drive away was a great day out for both adults and kids. The seaside town of Great Yarmouth is only 15 minutes drive away a great holiday attraction. All in all I had a great time when I stayed here, already booked for this year, I highly reccomend it.
