Carefully landscaped and partly sheltered; some areas with pleasant rural outlook over surrounding farmland and an excellent system of footpaths for walkers. Set in the heart of farming country in the Kentish village of Densole on the Downs, with Folkestone, Dover and Canterbury on the doorstep, this is an ideal site for exploring the many attractions in this holiday region, possible en route to or from the continent.

We have stayed here in the past just as a stopover to catch the ferry to Calais but stayed for 3 nights for a short break. The site is very well kept and convenient for catching the bus either to Dover or Folkstone or further afield. A mobile fish and chip van comes every Saturday and there is a pub within easy walking distance that does real ales and good pub food.

We stayed here as a stopover night on the way to the dover ferries and have to say it was spot on.. The pitches were weel spaced and private due to the mature trees . The wardens were lovely and it set us up for a nice time during our two week tour of france by motorhome. Handy store across the road next to a pub with nice friendly locals. We wished we had booked for longer and visited a bit more of Kent. The journey to Dover port is a about 15 minutes and well signposted and you will have a very relaxing stay at the Black Horse Farm Caravan Club Site
