Seaview Holiday Park

Whitstable, Kent

Enquire Now You enquired

Seaview Holiday Park is a brilliant, family friendly holiday park found on the Kent coast between the popular seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, operated by Park Holidays UK. The park is open from early March until late October, although guests that own caravans at Seaview benefit from an extended season, with the park accessible up to 11 months of the year.

For touring guests, there are pitches suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, and tents, while static caravans are also available for hire. Seasonal pitches are available for guests planning to return to Seaview repeatedly throughout the season. There are hard-standing pitches with and without electric hook-ups. Other facilities available include a laundrette and Wi-Fi.

There is plenty to do for guests of all ages at Seaview Holiday Park, with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a children’s play area, and plenty of open spaces for ball games and other exciting escapades. A games room with amusement arcades is also found on the park, great for when the weather isn't so kind, while boating and other water sports are available both at the park and nearby on the beautiful Kent beaches.

Seaview Holiday Park also caters for parents looking for a break themselves, with a range of children’s clubs offered for little ones from the age of five up to the age of 14. These clubs offer a number of great activities across the park for children to enjoy. At the end of a day spent on the park or exploring the award-winning beaches found close to the site, Seaview has a brilliant dining area and an entertainment venue where families can kick back and relax.

Away from the park, there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Visit Kent on your camping and caravan holidays and take in Whitstable and Herne Bay – both quirky and welcoming, as well as having great beaches and both being about 10 minutes by car from this holiday park. A walk through their town centres and a visit to their independent shops and tearooms are highly recommended, while both have plenty of open spaces and parks for exploration and play.

Further afield, many guests choose to explore the rest of the Kent coast, with the iconic seaside town of Margate being fast returned to its former glory and offer beaches, seaside fairground rides and much more; it's about half an hour from this campsite. There's also Broadstairs, a 40 minute drive from Seaview Holiday Park, famous for its associations with Charles Dickens – indeed, each June you can go to the Broadstairs Dickens Festival.

To the south, guests can find the famous cathedral city of Canterbury, only about 20 minutes from this campsite by car. Discover the shops and eateries along the cobbled streets and down the small alleyways, and visit the city's historic attractions. Canterbury also acts as a gateway to the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that extends right down to the White Cliffs at Dover.

Stayed at Seaview and it is a lovely site with very helpful and friendly staff, the gardens are beautiful. The bar staff and the groundsmen are very nice, the location is so very good. I think everybody that likes caravan holidays should give Seaview a visit as its the best caravan park we have ever been to and the children just love it there.

Beware of the sales team. They will promise you everything, take your cash then not deliver any of their promises. Eg just bought 2004 static, promised clean in and out , replace bulbs , blown windows , put storage box in place , decking quotes. Nothing getting done . Complained to operations director , some things now done, but very slow. Good location. Reception , groundmen, bar, pool staff friendly. Still feel like pulling hair out though, ruins any relaxation.

Everything about our stay was perfect apart from the weather. We stayed in a gold star caravan which was immaculate and everything there we needed including loo rolls and washing up liquid! The beds were made up perfectly white clean smelling sheets and duvets, TV DVD warm cosy lovely. As for the staff, well, what friendly welcoming people, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good value and the entertainment even though there were not many of us, the show went on. The loos in the entertainment complex were the cleanest I have seen, even the laundrett was spotless! Not that I am OCD but it says a lot about a place. Go stay and have a wonderful time. Explore the beautiful Kent countryside and return to a home from home park. We will return!!!!
