The caravan was admittedly bronze but should still be in good condition, it had several faults including no visible smoke detector and light bulbs missing. Customer service weren't very efficient, as it took 2 days to get them to the caravan to repair anything. One of the lifeguards was more interested in his mobile phone than watching the swimmers, while kids ran out of one door round the building and back in again paying no attention to the rules of the pool. The shop was very small and not very well stocked, The snack bar was opened late and the cashpoint was out of order. One night the fire exit door was chained shut while the club house was open, and the beach area directly behind the camp was filthy. I would say that the entertainment staff did quite a good job and thats about the only positive point i can find to say about it. We definitely got the impression that this camp gives priority to private owners of caravans.

This has to be the most friendly Park I have ever stayed on, from booking in to the day we left everything was great. We even had entertainers offer to take our bags to our Caravan. Even though we took this holiday in a quiet week in October, there was plenty on offer to do. My kids were permantly occupied. I looked forward to my morning chat with the girls behind reception every day. We will be tking both our Holidays here next year.

This is an amazing holiday park if you want to enjoy the quiet life. My family looked here when we bought our caravan and found it to be perfect for everything, it was clean, right on the beach, lovely pool and fantastic bars and entertainment. We also found it very cheap compared to the other other parks in the area and its open most of the year.
