Excellent site location, within a stroll to the beach. Toilet / shower facilities are clean and spacious. Site is split into different sections with gorse bushes defining the areas. This creates an atmosphere of "privacy".

Peaceful and relaxing. After a long drive with many twists and sharp gradients, you are greeted on arrival by the site owner who is friendly and helpful. You quickly learn to slow down and appreciate the idyllic surroundings which include a huge clean beach adjacent to the site. Forest/woodland walks keep up the appeal of relaxing and soaking up the feeling of timeless tranquility, reminiscent of a bygone era. There are a few local restaurants (our favourite is the Ashbank) and a main store in Carradale which sells most essentials.
The shower blocks are clean and fresh. The water supply is very laid back and relaxed - be prepared for a long wait when you fill your water carrier!
A great place to unwind - we're going back.
