I believe the whole point of a review is to inform prospective visitors of the situation that existed at the facility at the time of the review.
I write truthful, honest and accurate reviews of the facility during the period of my visit, without embellishment.
Review of Newpark Holiday Park, Port Eynon.
Expected better for £30 per night.
Friendly welcome on arrival. The park is shared between touring at the top and chalets on the (steep) slope down to the village and beach. Most of the touring pitches appear to be sloping so levelling ramps are needed for camper-vans / motor homes. A number of cars grounded while driving over the speed humps. Upper toilet block was clean with free showers but 20p for the hair dryer??? Also, two of the three cubicles in the gents toilets were without paper for several hours on Monday morning so be prepared! The Elsan type toilet emptying facility also doubled up as the grey water emptying facility. Unfortunately, it is approximately 30m from the nearest vehicle access so the grey water needs to be either transferred to a suitable container and hand carried or trollyed to the emptying facility, or taken home! Yes, the view is good, there is a childrens play area and a shop (I don't think I've missed anything). Have stayed on sites in Cornwall with a childrens play area, a shop, a drive-over grey water discharge and more, with excellent views and a beach both within a couple of hundred metres for £20 to £25 per night. £5 to £10 per night for the view from your pitch?

Thrown off for raising safety concerns
The Newlands who run this site kicked off half the seasonal caravan pitch holders in 2017 because of safety concerns that were raised to them which they found inconvenient.
Before actually kicking people off they posted threats to customers in the toilets.
Please please please stay away from this dreadful place. There are plenty of other good sites nearby.
