Having liability insurance is a way of life theses day's. It just proves that the members are thinking of others. It no sink of the members nose if you lost your house because of legal action. But no the members are been reasonable.

This is not a review but a response to another "review" bearing the date 27 September 2019.
The club had no visitors that day. Members often sit outside the club house - because it's a sun trap. We don't "stare". We are one of very few naturist clubs that allow pets, including dogs; asking owners to have liability insurance doesn't seem too much to ask, but it seems in this case it might have been. Requiring Liability Insurance was actually a recommendation from our Solicitors.

Nice little site on the edge of a large council estate.
Not the friendliest of welcomes.... many members sit outside the clubhouse and stare. It makes you feel a little unwelcome.
On top of that, we had to leave our pet dog with family as they don’t allow you to bring dogs on site unless you have liability insurance.
In short, we have visited friendlier clubs and wouldn’t visit again.

Property manager response (25 May 2021)

We are obviously very sorry if someone did not enjoy their stay with us but we are not so little! We have 26 acres of secure, private woodland to walk around freely as nature intended, a swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi so not many people sit around and stare either! We try to make visitors as welcome as possible. Dogs are very welcome but we do ask that you keep them on a lead whilst on site.
