The park welcomes guests with tents, campervans, and touring caravans. Electric hook ups and gas exchanges are available at this campsite.

Skegness has plenty of good pubs to offer, whether you choose The Red Lion on Roman Bank (part of the JD Wetherspoon chain), The Welcome Inn on Burgh Old Road, Seathorne Arms in Seathorne Crescent or Wolfies Wine Bar in South Parade, or others in the town. Just down the road at Friskney is The Barley Mow, in Sea Lane, which is highly rated for its pub food.

The park’s close proximity to the river means that frontage is offered for guests looking to enjoy fishing during their stay at the site, with fishing also available in the nearby pond. There's a fishing tackle shop on Roman Bank in Skegness, as well as FishingTackle 4 U at Ingoldmells. Further afield, try Mill Road Fishing Lakes in Addlethorpe.

A high quality golf course is also found close to Riverside Caravan Park, ideal for those that enjoy spending time outdoors while keeping busy and doing something they love at the same time.

For guests not into fishing and golf there is still plenty to see and experience. Miles of Lincolnshire countryside are at tourists’ disposal when they stay at the park, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the many walking routes that can be found across the area. There is truly something for everyone, ranging from flat moorlands to rolling terrain and hilly routes.

Mountain biking and horse riding is also popular in the area, particularly around the Lincolnshire Wolds, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offering access to some of the best landscapes anywhere on the East Coast of England.

Closer to Riverside Caravan Park, tourists will find the Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve on the coast, which is always popular with wildlife lovers and bird watchers, in particular.

While the outdoors is one of the main reasons guests are attracted to Riverside Caravan Park and to Lincolnshire in general, there is also plenty to do in the great towns and villages that are found in the region. Jumping in your car or camper and simply travelling a country road is the easiest way to get around most of the time, with all of the villages in the area offering a friendly welcome.

Many of the smaller towns of the region run markets throughout the week, so if you plan your days out well you can easily go to a different market each day of your stay at Riverside Caravan Park!

If you are looking for the tourists hotspots close by, you won’t have too far to travel, either. Skegness is only a short drive up the road and is truly a seaside town with something for everyone. While Fantasy Island and Butlin’s are the best known resorts and attractions of the area, the town itself is great for shopping as well as having some amazing cafés and restaurants.

The Skegness beaches are also exceptional, and are ideal for family activities including paddling and swimming, while a number of water based activities including jet skiing and windsurfing can regularly be enjoyed there.
