My husband and I have had a static caravan on this site since 2003. I just love my time there. Friends who visit us reckon that it is the best kept site they have visited. Michael, David and co. keep it in tip top condition and are always around to help if need be. Ok it doesn't have a big entertainment facility but everyone is so friendly that if you want to have a party ( and we have had many a sing song) then you can have it in the comfort of your own caravan without bothering anyone. This is a gem of a caravan site and we haven't regretted buying a caravan here .

We visited a few caravan sites before we arrived at Culzean Bay with a view to purchasing a quality second hand caravan. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown around several caravans and all around the park. We were amazed by the stunning views and how well maintained the park was. We were offered a great deal on our site fee's for the first year and saved money by purchasing before the VAT increase. Would strongly recommend this well run family caravan park to anyone.

My wife and I have been looking for a quiet family park for a while. Our plan is to take our grand kids with us once a month.

We could not afford a new caravan, but had a budget of £15,000.

We were shown a range of caravans from £8,000 to £17,000 by the staff at Culzean Bay Holiday, the staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of time to look over their stock.

We decided to purchased a Atlas Moonstone and managed to get free site fees for 2012, a great deal compared to other parks we looked at....

As a caravan owner on the Culzean site I would have no reservations about recommending this location to anyone. All our friends who have visited us over the years have been blown away with views and impressed with the high standards of the site and the friendliness of the other caravan owners. Michael, David and their staff should be proud of what they have accomplished over the years. We often reflect that buying our first caravan on the site was the best thing we ever did.

We visited the park last week to view the site and the available caravans for sale.

I found the staff very helpful & answered everything we needed to know.

This is a very well kept site with excellent views and would certainly recommend it.

My husband and I went along without an appointment and were warmly greeted by David . He showed us round the lovely site ,he answered all our questions we needed. The site is clean and very friendly unlike others we have been too. So we have decided this is the one for us . Would recommend this site for quite relaxation and families with small children .

AN UPDATE OF OUR ABOVE COMMENTS. After getting over the initial excitement of owning our own caravan it was quickly apparent what a mistake we had made buying a caravan from this site owner. I cannot stress strongly enough how unhelpful and unpleasant the owner Micheal
is . The mistake we make was not speaking to other caravan owners on site before buying from him. BE WARNED BUYING FROM HIM CAN BE A COSTLY MISTAKE . Glad to get off the site . Do not be fooled like we were that he is a pleasant man . Updated Febuary 2015

Beautiful site , incredible views are wasted by obnoxious owner. Be careful as they have keys to all caravans and enter whenever. If you intend to buy please ask other owners before it costs you dearly. Ensure you read contract very very closely

Property manager response (02 Aug 2011)

We do indeed have a spare key for everyone's caravan, incase they forget their keys. Culzean Bay staff would never enter anyone's caravan without checking with them first.... With over 150 happy and satisfied customers, we would also like to point out that we have never had a Terry Williams on our site in the past 22 years I have owed the site. Regards - Michael Nelson

This is a beautifully kept park with extremely helpful owners and staff. The views are marvellous and the nearby beach spotless. The location is ideal being quiet and restful but all the excitement you want can be found within a reasonable distance. The caravan prices are really good value and the site fees very reasonable. We were looking for a site for about 18 months that would suit our family with 2 children and feel this site is well worth a visit if you are considering buying in the area.
