Fantastic place and fantastic people, couldn't imagine living on another park! Have all our friends on park. We have lived here for a couple of years now and can't wait for the new season ahead. Great location in St Asaph, not far from everything but still a nice quieter park which is great for us and the kids.

Love this Park, it is like our 2nd home! Can't wait till next season. The park put on a number of events during the year including one of my favourite, party in the park….best event of the year. It is a safe park if you have children, and is like one little community, during the summer we spend more time here than at home.

On Saturday 16th August I visited my sister and brother in law on your Eryl Hall site.
My first impressions were very good as the site was set in lovely grounds.
The event that was taking place was called PARTY IN THE PARK however I would have named it DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN ON A FIELD! The general idea was very good with some good singers on the back of a grubby and unclean lorry trailer, there was a purple wooden shed that had been converted into a bar, although it was a bar there was no beer apart from cider, bitter, and some spirits.
Having been in the catering trade for several years I was amazed to see how any risk assessment could have been carried out on a gazebo on an uneven grass surface, there was a stainless steel table and placed on the table was a commercial free standing electric deep fat fryer, very dangerous? Then there came the health and safety issue, no hand washing facility, but even worse the lady running it was quite happily smoking a cigarette in the gazebo whilst frying chips and also serving meat buns without washing.
Then I saw how the chips were transported to the gazebo this was on the foot- well of a mobility scooter between the feet of the rider.
Needless to say we didn't fancy any chips after that!
I was amazed to hear people saying this was the best PARTY IN THE PARK they had been to, god only knows what had gone on before if this was classed as good??
I asked my sister 'Who do you make your complains to?'
She pointed out a little lady who was sat under a gazebo at the back of the event enjoying a few drinks with friends.
My brother in law then explained that it was a waste of time because nothing ever gets done when you tell her, just as he said this to me the lady (who's name I have forgotten) got up and started dancing around on the grass looking a bit worse-for-ware, so there was no point saying anything to her.
I have sat and thought carefully about what I have seen and was first going to let it pass as I don't own a caravan on this lovely site, I could have said its none of my business but I needed to let you know so that you can hopefully sort this out before somebody gets seriously hurt or gets ill from bad practise!

This is a lovely park.the lady who attended to us was very helpful, however on close inspection the shop/cafe staff kept appearing outside of the premises to smoke in what i would describe as an an unorthorised area{the ash trays were full, very off putting}my wife and i also noticed that there was no disabled access at all.(i have a grandaughter in a wheelchair) Im sure with some minor adjustments these problems could be put right.the indoor pool looked great although the life gaurd said there has been many problems with the heating.we hope to return in better shape as we are still looking in this area.

My Mum & Dad purchased a caravan here in July, They wanted somewhere where it would be Owners only and I must say the the park is beautiful, in the countryside with all ammmenities needed either on the park or surrounding areas. The indoor pool is fab and my kids love coming to their Grandparents caravan so they can have a swim or play on the park. The cafe serves nice grub and the Country Club a great pint. The park is central so going on days out in North Wales makes this an excellent base thats if you wanted to leave the park or just have lazy days. The seaside town of Llandudno is only 20 minutes away and the sandy beaches of Rhyl and prestatyn 10 minutes. From liverpool where I live only takes me 35 minutes to get here but it feels like a different world.
