Visit Somerset and stay at Holiday Resort Unity, a four-star family holiday destination just outside the coastal village of Brean, close to the popular seaside resort towns of Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare. The site is open for nine months of the year, typically from the middle of February until the middle of November.

A range of accommodation options are available at Holiday Resort Unity. Caravans, lodges, camping pods and safari tents are available for hire, while pitches are available for guests who have their own motorhomes, touring caravans and tents. Guests wanting to make Holiday Resort Unity and the Somerset coast their regular holiday retreat can also enquire about becoming a caravan owner at the park. In addition, there are seasonal pitches available. This is a dog friendly park.

For guests with their own accommodation, there are both grass and hardstanding pitches, with or without electric hook-ups. Three separate touring fields at the park mean there is plenty of space for guests to enjoy. An amenities block houses everything guests need during their stay, including showers, toilets and basins, as well as laundry and washing up areas. Water taps are situated across the site.

There is plenty for guests to do at Holiday Resort Unity. Here you will find outdoor and indoor swimming pools, for those looking to swim seriously or just happy to splash around with family and friends. The outdoor pool is open from late May until the end of August, with the indoor pool open all through the season. Outdoors there are water slides and a water play area, as well as plenty of space just to relax.

An indoor play area is open all through the day and is perfect for families with younger children, though there is an area for over 4s who aren’t quite big enough for grown up activities yet and still enjoy soft play. Guests staying at the site enjoy discounted admission to the play area.

Entrance to Brean Theme Park is also discounted for guests, and the park provides a fun day out for the whole family, with family and child friendly rides available as well as a handful for those preferring more of a white knuckle experience. Puppet shows and a variety of other events are also held at the park on a daily basis.

Guests preferring something more laid back and relaxed can enjoy the on-site fishing lake or 18-hole golf course, with reduced green fees offered to holidaymakers at Holiday Resort Unity.

There are plenty of places at this holiday park to pick up something to eat and drink, with opportunities to sit down and eat or enjoy a tasty takeaway back at your caravan, motorhome or tent. There is also a café, while in the evenings, live entertainment is provided on-site, with bingo, quizzes, singing, dancing and much more.

So there is lots to do, both day and night, at Holiday Resort Unity. If you'd like to venture outside the park, you could enjoy a day beside the seaside at Weston-super-Mare, which is only a 20-minute drive away, while Burnham-on-Sea is a 10-minute drive away and, to the east, you can explore the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the site has gone down hill, the new wardens are arrogant and do not want to help you, the toilets are disgusting and were only cleaned once. We stayed on yellow field so I can't say about the other fields but I know that this field is a disgrace and we will not be visiting here again.

Lovely site, really well maintained. Great flat pitches with plenty of space between neighbours.
Toilet and shower blocks are spotless even later in the day, which is a credit to the wardens who live on each field. We chose to stay on the quiet pitch and it really was peaceful. Rubbish bins were plentiful, which is always good and even the washing up facilities were spacious and clean.
Food on site was practical and cheap and the chinese takeaway is really nice.
Small shop on site which is not too over priced considering it's a captive market.
With the leisure site next door location is great and the beach is only a short walk across the road. That said the new swimming pool developement looks like making the swimming (which used to come free for campers) now a new expensive addition to the holiday.
Kids can't wait to go back next year though which says all I need to know.

We decided to extend our season into November this year to visit the Carnivals at Bridgewater and Burnham on Sea
There had been prolonged heavy rain but we were unaffected because we stayed on a hard standing complete with its own ehu, water and drain.
The site roads are tarmac so there was none of the mess and sliding around usually associated with bad weather touring, the clean toilet /shower blocks were heated very well and there was free hot water.
There are bars, free swimming, a large amusement park for children and a 18 hole golf course adjacent to this site and there are always bargain breaks to be had.
Couples over 50 can take advantage of the Gold breaks where 10 nights costs £90, there are themed breaks for country music lovers and always lots for young children and teenagers to do.
Our stay for 4 nights cost just £55 and this price included a loyalty discount of 10% and a further 25% because there were only the two of us.
Recommended for those who like a lively active holiday
