Myself and my husband and children have been avid tourers for the past 10 years and have always recieved a warm welcome wherever we've been or enquired about, a;as this was not the case when we enquired about staying at the llynfi holiday park, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unhelpful!! i was made to feel like a nuisance for calling to ask a few simple questions ie the pitch fee some directions and were we allowed to bring along our very well behaved dog;so much so we decided not to bother visiting as we felt like we were not going to be made very welcome, very unfortunate as the website looks lovely and so does the site.please let me know if any of you have been and hopefully the gent in question was just having a bad day!!
