E & J Piper Caravan Park is a charming site on the outskirts of Dymchurch, on the south Kent coast. The park has caravans for sale for holiday home owners looking to make this site their permanent family holiday retreat.
Two- and three-bedroom caravans are available here at reasonable prices, with ground rent to be paid annually. Electricity and other utilities are metered at the park, so caravan owners only pay for what they use throughout the year, while gas bottles are exchanged by the park management when purchased. All of the caravans at E & J Piper Caravan Park are nicely decorated and well maintained.
Facilities available at E & J Piper Caravan Park include toilet and shower blocks and a laundrette. There are two play parks at the site, a large adventure playground perfect for older children with a climbing dome and an adventure trail, plus there is also a smaller park with swings and slides, that's more suitable for younger children. Both parks have picnic tables, perfect for parents to sit and watch their children play.
At the nearby Dymchurch Caravan Park there are a mini-supermarket and a caravan accessories and spares shop, both of which guests staying at E & J Piper Caravan Park can access.
The centre of the village of Dymchurch is an easy walk away. Donkey rides along the sands are also available.
