Ballinacourty House is a beautifully restored 18th century building.

Originally used as stables, it features a coach house and hayloft, which forms a surround for the courtyard.

The courtyard will transport you back in time with its original cobblestones, colourful flowerbeds and patio. It offers visitors a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Our 50 seater restaurant is situated to the east of the courtyard on the first floor. There is also a 20 seater restaurant on the ground floor.

Our reputation for fine steaks, friendly service and extensive wine list has won us ‘Best Restaurant Award’ making us a popular venue for both locals and guests alike.

The Glen of Aherlow is a beautiful, quiet country valley, secluded but not isolated. It sits between the Galtee Mountains and the Slievenamuck Range.

The foothills on these slopes are clothed in forests and provide a variety of lovely woodland trails, including a nature park.

The walker and outdoor enthusiast are well serviced in this area with a county which has a contrast of high hills and verdant valleys, providing ample scope for even the most dedicated hill walker.
