Our 5-Star park is set around seven lakes and is a great base for exploring the regions historic sites. We’re only a few miles from the intrigue of Lindisfarne - one of many legendary historic sites in Northumberland. And, of course, the untamed beaches here are one of the UK’s best kept secrets. You can always stay on the park and enjoy horse-riding through the grounds or swimming in our pools - the choice is yours! This big, beautifully landscaped 5-Star Holiday Park has a spacious touring area with 132 hard-standing pitches.
Or we have our comfy home from home, self-catering holiday homes? Take your pick from great value Standard to luxury Platinum.

The park itself has nothing more than a huge amusement arcade as it's central complex. The carpets in the bars were so smelly and dirty the soles of our shoes were sticking to them in places, the overall smell coming from the place was of dirty socks.
The caravan was filthy and had so many windows and a door that didn't close properly we had to keep our coats and scarves on all the time in there, even in bed at night. I had to set about and clean the pans, cutlery, plates and cups the interior of the fridge, the table, the frying pan ( which still had part of a fried egg in it .

My family stayed at Haggerston in 2006 and re-booked their holidays again for 2007 before even leaving the park. I wil be joining them this year with my husband and our dog. I am looking forward to the fantastic spa and treatment rooms available and all the facilities my parents have just not stopped talking about!! A park worth at least one visit!

WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO EVERYONE. THE KIDS HAD A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE AND THE AMOUNT OF ACTIVITIES GOING ON REALLY IS A CREDIT TO EVERYONE ON THE PARK. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE GROUNDS, WE ARE ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING. WE VISITED THE PARK ON A TOURING PITCH AND HAD FRIENDS STAY IN A STATIC, OUR NEXT VISIT WE ARE GOING TO STAY IN A STATIC AS WE FEEL OUR TIME IS BEST SPENT ON THE PARK RELAXING AND ENJOYING ALL ON OFFER.

Start with the positives - loads for the kids to do: kids clubs and shows, and all sorts of entertainment for all ages. Staff there were all very friendly and happy to help. A lot of the activities cost extra, so prepare to become the bank of mum/dad/gran/etc.
Touring site truly appalling. Tiny pitches, very poorly maintained, and when we visited a total mud bath, and I don't think it had been that wet!. The toilets and shower blocks were absolutely filthy from the mud and otherwise - we asked for mops but none ever appeared. Soap for the dispensers took 2 days. Main toilets in Carnaby's worse. Kids loved it - Mum + Dad not impressed for £29/night.
